Learn more about the Education for Life approach to the teen years. In this intro workshop we'll cover: ❇️ the basics of working with energy and motivation ❇️ tips for getting your teen (or yourself!) unstuck ❇️ the keys to nurturing enthusiasm and noticing strengths Enjoy this opportunity to connect with other parents and get inspired to continue parenting through the teen years with greater joy! This workshop will include: ❇️ a short centering practice to relax ❇️ a chance to meet and connect with other parents ❇️ interactive and experiential activities, guided reflection and discussion
