Learn more about the Education for Life approach to parenting from the heart. In this intro workshop we'll cover: ❇️ the basics of calm and compassionate parenting ❇️ tips for cultivating heart-centered qualities like empathy and gratitude ❇️ 3 keys to nurturing calmness in the home environment Enjoy this opportunity to connect with other parents and feel the support of community as you learn to parent with greater awareness and compassion. This workshop will include: ❇️ a short centering practice to relax ❇️ a chance to meet and connect with other parents ❇️ interactive and experiential activities, guided reflection and discussion
