One on One Support
Needing some extra support? Seeking some fresh perspective on a on-going issue or challenge?
Support sessions give you the opportunity to share in a safe, confidential space about whatever is happening for you or your child and explore new ideas and solutions.
What to expect
All sessions start with a few moments of centering using a simple breathing or meditation technique. Then it's your time to share and ask questions. You will receive a follow-up email within 24 hours with notes and resources from our conversation to support your next steps.
One-time sessions can give you the boost of inspiration you need to move through a challenging moment.
On-going sessions can give continued support to address the unique and individual needs of your child and family as you grow together.
